-Spices: Basil, Oregano, pepper, chilly powder, salt
-Grains: Tortillas, Pasta, flower ( the stranger the better: corn, nut, bean), Romin noodles, Rice
-Vegetables: Bell peppers, Onion, Garlic, mushrooms, tomato
-Fruit: Bananas, Apples, Berries
-Meat: what ever is cheep. I usually use Chicken or fish
-Dairy: Milk, Cheese, butter
